Who said that ice cream before noon is such a bad thing? We found ourselves at this 110-year-old ice cream parlor which has been preserved and restored to it's late 1900's splendor: wood paneling, stained glass, player organ, and old-fashioned soda fountain.
But how does the ice cream compare to Kimball's?
