Day Eighteen: Driggs, Idaho to Lusk, Wyoming

It took us eight and a half hours to get to Lusk.  The drive was very pretty.  We saw pronghorn antelope, mule deer, and cattle along the way.

We saw a train and counted one hundred thirty-three coal cars being pushed and pulled by four engines near Lusk.

We couchsurfed with Brooke and her son Pacen in Lusk.  We arrived, had dinner, and then Brooke and Jenna went for a run at the high school track while the children searched for horny toads in the hills bordering the school's complex.  The full moon was rising when we arrived to run three miles.

After the 1/2 hour run and some stretching, the moon was fully up, the sun had set, and it was time to get the children home to sleep.
